- All mares must be trained to lead and stand tied.
- if an accompanying foal is over two months old, the foal must
be halter broken as well,
or it will be necessary for us to train
it at the owner's expense.
- mares must have their hind shoes pulled prior to
arrival at Deer Creek
Walkers
- Current EWT, Rhino/Flu, and Strangles vaccinations required.
- Clean uterine culture and recent negative Coggins test
required.
- Pick up or delivery of mares within a 50 mile radius can be
arranged if they will trailer load.
Please inquire about mileage charges.
- Foaling out
of visiting mares can be arranged. Call
for details.
- All mare care and stallion fees must be paid prior to mare
leaving Deer Creek
