What a grand lady The Crystal Slipper
is... I have never in my days owned a mare
with such dignity as this one. Though she
enjoys attention, she is far to proud to
ever ask for it! You can, however, find her
discreetly standing in the
appropriate place to receive attention, but
it is far beneath her to ever ask for it.
Her pony stature, combined with the
predominance of older bloodlines in her
pedigree, make her a treasure in today's
breeding arena. Proof of this is on the
ground! |

Check out the size, disposition, and
gait of Raven's Satin Slipper, her foal
produced by The Midnight Raven. If you are
into walker ponies, prepare to be impressed!
We purchased Slipper from the respected
breeding program of Philip and Mary
Stephens, and we thank them for the
opportunity to own such a fine mare. This
mare is trained to the cart, but has not
been trained under saddle. We plan to use
her as a broodmare.
Update: As our leggy boys have grown we
have changed the focus of our program and
will no longer be producing pony stock.
Slipper is for sale to an approved home
only.
Update: Slipper has been sold to Margie &
Debby Fenton of Fleet Foot
Farms in New Mexico. A sound home offering
plenty of personal attention and an
opportunity for a new career as a saddle
mount, we feel this is a wonderful
opportunity for Slipper. At present,
Slipper is safe in foal to Im Blue Too. We
are looking forward to hearing what this
nice match produces. |
