Raven's Satin Slipper delivered
again! Raven's Royal Black gave clear
indications of his potential from the moment
we first saw him. Very upright with
tremendous elegance and class, his
conformation matches his gaiting ability.
Though we initially thought that his dam,
Satin, might temper the frame size just a
bit on this foal,
Tennessees Golden Boy has
ensured that this colt will mature to well
over 15 hands. Which is absolutely okay
with us. Who could be disappointed with this
talent?? This is a BIG striding colt with
plenty of nod and Dr. Jim Kitchens of
Sulphur Springs, Texas clearly saw his
potential despite a sun-faded coat deep into
a hot Texas summer! With his
attributes I know this colt has the
potential to go far. We wish them both
